It starts off with the guild eating out at a pizza place in..(I guess that town where the magic tournament is being held), doing and being the typical loud, rowdy guild that they are. I think Lucy or one of the girls sits down at the table where Erza, Wendy,Elfman, Lisana, Gray, Juvia, Gajeel, Laxus. Freed, Makerov, Natsu and Happy are at,sitting by Wendy and Erza with her pizza. Natsu sneaks up on Lucy to see what she had ordered(because he smelled something extremely spicy yet sweet coming from Lucys plate). She had ordered the restaurants special. Some weird pizza that had 3 different and odd sauces; one lavender, dark purple, and lime green, fries instead of pepperoni, and I’m guessing something that looked like…strawberries but charred black.(How that can even be considered a pizza is beyond me but my brain dreamt it so ok) Natsu just stares at her plate, drooling on her shoulder which causes her to peek over her shoulder at him. His face all like Groose whenever Zelda’s around and ‘duh huh huhh’ing to himself,with Happy in the back playing chase with the other two guild nekos,Charle yelling as she runs at the lead “I’m not playing! Stop chasing me,Happy! Lily! You’re all dirty! I WAS JUST GROOMED!”
Lucy asks,”Doesn’t it look delicious?!” While Natsu reaches out in a daze to nab a fry and dip in it each sauce before horking it down. She jumps, shocked at what he just did as if he doomed himself for attempting to taste the thing all at once. Few seconds later, Natsu’s eyes begin to tear up, his face shifting from lavender to dark purple and the finally, lime green. Steam escaping his nose before he’s running around behind the cats,fire shooting from his mouth, scaring them and making ‘em run faster towards the entrance.Charle and Lily make quick left and rights just before the entrance but Happy kept going straight with Natsu a foot behind. Lucy slowly glances down with（ﾟдﾟlll）that face, then looks to everyone at the table who all share the same expression.
Meanwhile, Natsu and Happy stop a few shops down from the place, the fire ceasing yet still clutching at his throat and Happy leaning against a wall to catch his breath. Once his up to par with breathing, he notices a dragon,smaller than himself slowly creeping up on the path. Like curiosity killed the cat, you can guess Happy went up to it. Standing about 4 feet away and simply staring. Well the little dragon did the same, its stare more foreboding despite its cute appearance.
Finally, the odd taste in Natsu’s mouth dispersed yelling to himself, “That was PIZZA?!?!?…. Wasn’t Happy infront of me?” Quickly glancing around before turning back to see Happy and a dragon. His eyes grew wide,”T-thats…” He stammered, shocked to see a dragon. And by its red color, assuming its Igneel or at least a reincarnation of the mighty dragon. But as soon as he’s about to yell out Igneel, suddenly Happy attempts to fly off, an expression of pure fear upon his face. His tiny form had turned into lacrima, then quickly disintegrated to lacrimal dust in mid-air, not even a small peep or scream for help from the cat. Natsu froze. Staring in disbelief as Happy flew away with the wind. “H-Happy..?” He whispered, trembling with a hand out as if to reach for his friend. The dragon’s gaping mouth shutting before it too vanished within a mysterious shadow.
“Happy..?” He muttered again, slowly advancing to where Happy and the dragon were before dropping to his knees. His head down, staring at his hands as he tried to process what had occurred. “HAAAAAAAAPPPPYYY!!!!!” He roared, tears streaming his cheeks as he clutched air ,as if to embrace a corpse, only to wind up embracing himself.His cry reached the rest of the guild, soon everyone quickly runs outside to the source to find Natsu sobbing quietly and hugging himself.”Oi, Natsu! What happened??” Gray asked,running up to him with the others close behind. Natsu simply stayed quiet,hicking and sniffling. Lucy glanced around then ask,”Where’s Happy? Didn’t he run outside with you..?” she looked to Natsu confused, the others mumbling to themselves now about Happy’s absence. Natsu froze, the rest all hush as they stared. He sent a fierce punch to the ground beside him, his trembles returning as he gritted his teeth. Slowly shaking his head to his friends. Lucy gasped, taking a step back before stating aloud,”Happys’…Gone..?” The guild grew silent, remaining so before they decided to return to the hotel to mourn in their rooms. Erza, Gray, Gajeel, Lucy, Wendy, and the two nekos stayed. Frozen in shock as Natsu was bound to the ground. Several minutes passed without a single word, until Erza stepped forward. Her tears forced not to shed as she offered Natsu a hand. And he took it, standing with his head still down.”Natsu..” Lucy mumbled,walking over to place a consoling hand against his back. But Natsu shrugged it and his friends away, each having attempted to console him in some way or another, and walked passed them grimly. Heading back to the hotel as well. Lucy, about to chase after, was halted by Gray and Erza as they quietly shook their heads.
A few weeks passed, and Natsu stayed in his room. Not once leaving it through the door. His guildmates all had tried to get him to leave his room after a week passed to no avail. All gradually giving up except his fellow Ice mage, celestial key bearer, and Titania. Everyday banging at his door and trying to reason with him. Each a day away from giving up like the rest.
Gray was the first to give up, having freezing and breaking the lock to his room. He lifted Natsu by the collar of his vest,dragged him out to the hall like a rag doll, and punched him in the face expecting him to retaliate. But Natsu did nothing.Gray hit him over and over, furious that Natsu did say a thing or even try to fight back. “Punch me back!” He yelled, to then be shrieked at by Natsu as he screamed, “LEAVE ME THE FUCK ALONE!” then kicking Gray back before retreating to his room. Gray flew back against a wall and coughed, feigning injury. Muttering to himself just as Natsu left.”Tch..Your punches aren’t passionate anymore,you hot headed Salamander..” So,Gray simply left.
Next was Erza, arriving at Natsu’s door. Knocking politely, despite her frustration. She knocked once, then twice, seconds later was her 50th furious knock, 51..Then kicked the door down. Huffing and puffing with anger. Natsu stared at the wall, sitting at the edge of his bed in silence. Erza collected herself before speaking firmly and demanding as she usually does,”Natsu. I order you to leave this room.. If you don’t, so help me, I’ll drag your sorry ass to Acnologia and feed you to it myself, understood?” She stared daggers at his back, hoping just her will and small(?) threat would finally make him snap out of it. Natsu just replied with a depressed sigh before he finally spoke,”Just leave me alone,Erza..” . Erza frowned, stomping up to Natsu’s bed, grabbing him, then throwing him out into the hall.” I said get the hell. Off. Your. Ass. And. Leave. This. God. Damned. ROOM.” She growled through gritted teeth, giving him the scariest look she could muster. But that seemed like it just wasn’t enough. Erza,at her limit before she literally killed him herself, sighed and turned away.”He won’t come back with you moping around like this.” She muttered, walking away. Natsu twitched and shrieked at her,”SHUT THE HELL UP,TITANIA!”. He grabbed some vase or something and threw it at Erza before storming back to his room.
Lucy had seen her friends attempt to help Natsu snap out of his depressed state. All to which were turned away by Natsu, even those Lucy thought Natsu was closest to. “If Gray and Erza couldn’t help him..” She trailed off, clearly having doubts as she slowly walked over to Natsu’s room. She first peeked in,glancing around the room. But Natsu wasn’t there.”I swear I just saw him go back in..” She mumbled to herself,suddenly being shoved by someone from behind and stumbling inside the room. Apparently Capricorn had poofed out of nowhere and shoved her reluctant self into the roof then vanished just as fast as he appeared. Natsu had just stepped out from the bathroom and stared at Lucy,frowning abit once he saw the door was left open. He ignored Lucy as he shut and locked the door. Silently walking around his bed to sit at the other end. Before he could sit, Lucy had grabbed his left arm. To which he froze. “Why,Natsu..” She mumbled lowly, a confused and hurt expression on her face,” Why do you keep shunning everyone..? Why won’t you talk to anyone.? You’re not the only still hurting from..from losing Happy..” She looked down, her grip of his arm tightening as she trembled. “Happy was important to the entire guild..” Natsu remained still as Lucy continued,trembling as he reflected his times with Happy in the past.(Weirdest part of the dream,though. Natsu was a cat in the reflection for some reason.) “You’re not alone,Natsu. So..please..just-” She was silenced suddenly. Abruptly being clung to by Natsu as he sobbed uncontrollably into her chest. Lucy blinked, somewhat shocked by his sudden outburst of tears. “I..hck..miss him..so much,Lucy..! ..H-Happy…!!!”
Natsu cried,gripping Lucy tighter in response to the pain in his heart. Lucy nodded,consoling him the best she could with a tight embrace of her own,crying with him.
That’s where my dream ends. So I wrote it all down before I forgot what happened. It was like watching it on tv or something!! I don’t really care if anyone reads it or not (and if you do then sorry if its all poor grammar, punctuation or whatever OCD you people have with non perfect literature) I just thought this was worth sharing with the rest of FT fans like me. Oh and I said this was a dream,which I just had last night,so of course some if not all parts didn’t make much sense.
